Freiburg stimmt ein

Freiburg Stimmt Ein is a collaborative, community-driven music festival in Freiburg, Germany — a celebration of cultural exchange, artistic diversity, and the joy of coming together through music. Unlike commercial events, this festival is rooted in participation and collective creativity. For this project, I was responsible for the poster design, developing a visual concept that reflected the inclusive, uplifting, and open spirit of the festival. The design needed to be both eye-catching and warm, appealing to a diverse audience while honoring the non-commercial, grassroots nature of the event.

Freiburg Stimmt Ein – Poster Design

This poster was created for the 10th anniversary of Freiburg Stimmt Ein, a participatory music festival in Germany.

The design combines layered halftone imagery, bold color contrast, and grunge textures to reflect the dynamic and spontaneous spirit of the event. The overlapping visuals of the singer and the crowd emphasize community, energy, and togetherness — all central themes of the festival.
